Service Technician

This candidate will be responsible for technical service duties required for customers or prospective customers. These duties will include machine installation, operation, and maintenance training. The individual will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, software components, and systems for all products. The individual will have a strong knowledge of automation systems and PLC/PC based systems. Must have three to five years troubleshooting and servicing electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and equipment installation, operation, maintenance, repair, retrofitting, rebuilding, and remanufacturing of complex hydraulic machinery and heavy mechanical equipment. Domestic and international travel from 40% to 60% of work year, trips 2 to 4 weeks or longer. Two years programming and troubleshooting PLC and PC based control systems including Allen Bradley RSLogix® (5500 and 5000), PanelView and RSView® 32 software. Prior field service experience/exposure is required. A two-year degree in electrical, electronics or hydraulics is a plus with a secondary school diploma with a related trade or technical school certification.      Please apply on or above (Apply Today).

Mechanical Assembler

The Mechanical Assembler will be able to perform at least one of the job tasks:  welding, pipe fitting, electrical, mechanical assmbly, hydraulics, and able to perform logic maintenance.  This position requires the individual to work from complicated drawings under minimal supervision.  The individual must be able to travel to customer locations on installations, rebuilds, and service, as required.  This would include airline travel, as well.  Individuals will be able to lay-out high and low pressure piping for a wide variety of hydraulic equipment.  Will determine all dimensions and assemble machine to customer specifications, will work from wiring diagrams to install complicated wiring and control equipment on Company made products.  High school diploma required or GED equivalent.  Technical school certification preferred.  Please apply on or above (Apply Today).

Mechanical Engineer

Always Custom, always new…

This individual will have machine design experience to design and support the manufacturing and assembly of large, high tonnage machines.  The preferred candidate will have CAD experience (SolidWorks a plus), ANSYS for static structural finite element analysis and working knowledge of advanced machine design and strength of materials.  The individual will have a minimum of five years relevant experience.  Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering Technology (or equivalent work history).  Please apply on or above (Apply Today).

CNC Operator/Toolroom Machinist

Individual will set-up and operate boring mills, vertical lathe, horizontal mills, and vertical mills working to close tolerances.  The operator will work from drawings and specifications using materials such as steel, cast iron, bronze, brass, etc.  Set-up and operate a variety of machining tools, such as lathes, shapers, surface grinders, drill presses, etc. to machine pieces on a non-repetitive basis.  Set-up and operate a planer mill to mill, drill, to bore a variety of work pieces.  Set-ups may require blocking and aligning of heavy irregular shaped parts. Contract Sourcing Buyer

This position works in conjunction with the Contract Sourcing Manager to find qualified suppliers and to request, evaluate, negotiate quotations, and place orders for raw materials, machining, and fabrication for capital and rebuild/parts projects.  This individual may travel to evaluate and approve suppliers, review status of orders, etc.  May attend shows and exhibits for the purpose of locating or identifying new suppliers.  Experience in a Manufacturing environment is required along with three to five years experience in Industrial Engineering or Purchasing.  A two-year technical or Associate Degree or equivalent is preferred.

Quality Control Inspector

The individual will document dimensional and visual conditions of incoming materials for repair and will document applicable dimensions of repaired product.  Will work closely with the repaired parts and rebuild leaders to create clear, understandable part condition records before and after repair to help reduce total repair process time and create historical records. Develops forms and sketches and follows quality procedures for clear documentation of inspection findings. Performs supplier site visits to verify conformance to ACE specifications for product being supplied (on site).  Advises personnel in interpreting drawings related to quality.  Able to use micrometers, verniers, hardness testers, squares, gage blocks, indicators, levels, optic jigs, fixtures, profilometers, etc.  Able to work with complex drawings, specifications, and handbooks, and other written or verbal instructions.  Has certification in the field of mechanical inspection or equivalent inspection experience.  A minimum of five years inspection experience is preferred.
